Sadie is willing to work with any runner! However, she finds it most enjoyable helping those that are new to running or are inconsistent with their run schedule that need more consistency, structure, and accountability to help them reach their run goals. If you are feeling like you can't seem to get the motivation to run and don't run as much as you would like-- Run With Sadie! She will help you reach your goals in a realistic and manageable way.
Sadie has been a runner for over 10 years. As a mom of two littles, a wife, a teacher, and a full time master's student, Sadie knows what it is like to be busy!! However, she always carves out time to run. She has raced in several 5k, 10k, half marathons and is training for her first marathon! She is UESCA run coach certified and has the experience as a cross country coach at her local high school. She has learned a lot during her personal journey as a runner and can share her experience and advice as your coach and trainer. She stays up-to-date with the latest running and nutrition research so that she can provide the best possible guidance to her clients.
