- no ongoing communication/ changes to plan
For runners that want more communication with coach
- Client Intake Form to discuss running history and goals
- 1 monthly personalized training plan, unlimited revisions
- 2 check ins (up to 15 minutes each) at the end of week 1 and 3
- accountability and support- message me anytime when you complete a run, need motivation to go, need modifications to plan (mileage or scheduling), have questions!
- 4 Running Guides: Goal Setting, Basic Nutrition Guide, Running Log, and Basic Stretch Guide
For committed runners that want to commit to 3 months at a time
- Same as above but you are committing to 3 months at a time and save $25
For runners that have their own plan and just want to check in with Sadie
- Accountability and support- message me anytime when you complete a run, need motivation to go, or have questions about your training!
- Can ask questions specific to their running plan
- Sadie will respond with motivational messages to keep you accountable and on track
