Run With Sadie is a run coaching service that offers personalized guidance and support to individuals looking to improve their running. Sadie works with clients to create customized plans that fit their unique needs and goals.
ABSOLUTELY! Sadie has exerience training for 5k, 10k, half marathon, and marathon distances. She also runs JUST BECAUSE. So if you have a race goal, just want consistency with your running, or accountability to keep you on track, Sadie can help you!
She uses information from the Client Intake Questionnaire to develop a personalized monthly plan for you. Depending on the plan type you choose you can request revisions to your plan as needed to fit your running needs. She will use mileage and/ or timed runs on your plan depending what will best suit you.
Each client starts with a Client Intake Questionnaire that has questions on your running history and goals. From there, she works with you to create a personalized plan that may include one on one coaching sessions, resources, and support depending on the plan you choose. Sadie also offers ongoing support to help you stay on track and achieve your goals.
